The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these or your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. We suggest you keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order for your information in the future. Turkish law and the courts of Turkey and Antalya shall have jurisdiction over any contract and dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the Turkish language. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

ORDERING
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- a) Where the goods are not available
- b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
- d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
PRODUCTS & PRICING & PAYMENTS
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped at a later date when it is in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
All item prices displayed are the prices used during the checkout process. Any postage and packing charges applicable will be shown during the checkout process.
All payment transactions are carried out via Türkiye İş Bankası, our on-line payment provider. Türkiye İş Bankası will transact your order against most credit and debit cards. (Mastercard, Visa,)
SHIPPING
When you place an order, your order status will be “Preparing” and you will get an e-mail confirming your order. After your payment confirmed, we will dispatch your order in 1 to 3 working days with PTT Kargo https://gonderitakip.ptt.gov.tr It usually takes 15 to 20 days for an international order to be delivered. Our company is not responsible for any problems caused by shipping company.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You may cancel your order and return items for any reason provided you do so within 7 days following receipt of the product. The product must be unused, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to resell the product as new.
To cancel your order and/or to return a product, please notify us in the first instance by sending an email to info@kalkanbags.com quoting your order number. If you require a refund, we will refund the full order value of any product returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.
In the event that the product has been used or is damaged in any way, we reserve the right to refund a partial amount or to refuse any refund and return the item back to yourselves.
SITE ACCESS
While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

Ürün Bilgileri
- Ürün türü, temel nitelikleri, satış fiyatı, vergiler dahil toplam bedeli, kargo ücreti, ödeme ve teslimat bilgileri her bir ürün için sipariş öncesinde kullanıcıya sunulmakta ve onay alınmaktadır.
Teslimat ve Masraflar
- Ürün, alıcının belirtmiş olduğu teslimat adresine ve/veya kişi/kuruluşa, ürünün stok durumuna bağlı olarak 1-5 iş günü içinde kargo ile gönderilir.
- Kargo ücreti, ürün detay sayfasında ayrıca belirtilmediği sürece alıcı tarafından karşılanır.
- Teslim anında alıcının adresinde bulunmaması durumunda satıcı sorumlu değildir.
Cayma Hakkı
- Alıcı, hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin 14 (ondört) gün içinde cayma hakkını kullanabilir.
- Cayma hakkı süresi, ürünün teslim edildiği gün başlar.
- Cayma hakkı kullanılmak istenirse, satıcının yukarıda belirtilen iletişim bilgilerine yazılı bildirim yapılması gerekir.
- Cayma hakkı kullanılan ürün, orijinal ambalajı ve faturasının bir kopyası ile birlikte iade edilmelidir.
- Kullanılmış, ambalajı açılmış veya tekrar satılabilirlik özelliğini yitirmiş ürünlerde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.
- Kargo bedeli aksi belirtilmedikçe alıcıya aittir.
İade Şartları
- Ürün iadesi satıcının anlaşmalı kargo firmasıyla yapılmalıdır.
- Ürün iadesi kabul edildikten sonra, ürün bedeli 14 gün içinde alıcının ödeme yaptığı yöntemle iade edilir.
Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü
- Tüketici, şikâyet ve itirazlarını Tüketici Hakem Heyeti veya Tüketici Mahkemesi’ne iletebilir.
Sipariş Onayı
Alıcı, ön bilgilendirme formunu elektronik ortamda onaylayarak mesafeli satış sözleşmesinin kurulmasından önce, söz konusu bilgileri doğru ve eksiksiz olarak edindiğini kabul eder.

MADDE 2 – SÖZLEŞMENİN KONUSU
İşbu sözleşme, Alıcı’nın Satıcı’ya ait www.kalkanbags.com internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği aşağıda nitelikleri ve satış fiyatı belirtilen ürünlerin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri uyarınca tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini düzenler.
MADDE 3 – ÜRÜN / ÖDEME / TESLİMAT BİLGİLERİ

MADDE 4 – GENEL HÜKÜMLER
4.1. Alıcı, sözleşme konusu ürünün temel nitelikleri, satış fiyatı ve ödeme şekli ile teslimata ilişkin ön bilgileri okuyup bilgi sahibi olduğunu ve elektronik ortamda gerekli onayı verdiğini kabul eder.
4.2. Ürün, yasal 30 günlük süreyi aşmamak kaydıyla stok durumuna göre mümkün olan en kısa sürede teslim edilir.
4.3. Satıcı, haklı bir nedenle sözleşme konusu malı tedarik edemezse, durumu derhal Alıcı’ya bildirerek eşit kalite ve fiyatta başka bir ürün tedarik edebilir veya siparişi iptal edebilir.
4.4. Ürün teslimi sırasında ürünün hasarlı/bozuk olduğu anlaşılırsa, kargo yetkilisinden tutanak tutması istenmelidir.
4.5. Alıcı, satın aldığı ürünün kendisine tesliminden itibaren 14 gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin cayma hakkını kullanabilir.
MADDE 5 – CAYMA HAKKI VE İADE KOŞULLARI
5.1. Alıcı, ürünü teslim aldığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde cayma hakkına sahiptir.
5.2. Cayma hakkı bildirimleri, info@kalkanbags.com e-posta adresine yapılmalıdır.
5.3. Cayma hakkının kullanılması için ürünün orijinal ambalajı ve faturası ile birlikte iade edilmesi gereklidir.
5.4. İade işlemi, iade bildiriminin Satıcı’ya ulaşmasından sonra 14 gün içinde gerçekleştirilir.
5.5. Kullanılmış veya tekrar satışa uygun olmayan ürünlerde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.
MADDE 6 – UYUŞMAZLIKLARIN ÇÖZÜMÜ
Bu sözleşmeden doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Gümrük ve Ticaret Bakanlığı’nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde, Alıcı’nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri veya Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
MADDE 7 – YÜRÜRLÜK
Alıcı, internet sitesi üzerinden sipariş vererek bu sözleşmeyi ve ön bilgilendirme formunu elektronik ortamda okuyup kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Sözleşme, siparişin tamamlanması ile birlikte yürürlüğe girer.
